CoWorx Staffing has CNC Machinist Opportunities in Franklin, NH!
Pay: $25–$36+ per hour (based on experience)
Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift (+5% differential)

Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC equipment including lathes and milling machines
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and secondary machines to meet production targets
- Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment
- Perform machining tasks as directed by the Supervisor
- Complete first-piece inspections and submit to Quality Control
- Maintain production records and assist operators with paperwork
- Train machine operators on operation, inspection, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards
Desired Background/Skills:
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- CNC experience required (setup and/or programming preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and other precision measuring tools
- Strong math skills
- Understanding of applicable safety practices and regulations
- Must successfully complete background check and pre-employment testing
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience setting up and operating CNC lathes
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and mentor operators
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
