The AIML team, focused on enhancing customer experience, is searching for a collaborative Global Senior Leader to oversee Quality Assurance and Learning and Development (L&D). This role involves coaching, mentoring, and guiding experienced leaders and contributors to foster quality, innovation, and exceptional performance. As the Director of Learning & Development and Quality Assurance, you will play a critical role in ensuring teams maintain high-quality output of our data annotation projects through learning and development strategies, and sound QA methodologies. You’ll work closely with senior management, engineering, data science, Apple University, and AIML University to ensure that training, best practices, and QA protocols are aligned with organizational objectives. Strategic thinking, foresight, and a thoughtful approach to complex challenges are essential.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $287,700 and $459,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
