About the Role:

The Implementation Associate role is crucial in supporting the onboarding of new Care Professionals to the Care Platform as the primary point of contact for Care Pros. The Associate ensures a seamless transition onto the platform by managing and verifying critical data, ensuring compliance, and effectively communicating essential information. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are vital for maintaining the highest standards of care delivery.

Given the inconsistent nature of Implementation timing, this role is also expected to partner with cross-functional teams, and support other work as necessary (ex. Market Operations, Hiring, Marketing, etc.) The Implementation Associate must be willing to take on additional responsibilities outside of the normal Implementation role when Implementation volumes are low.

This is a remote role with standard working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required.

About the Team:

The Implementation team plays a critical role in driving Honor’s growth by setting franchise partners up for long-term success on our Care Platform. This team works in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with teams across the organization to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. With an iterative and solutions-oriented approach, the team continuously refines processes to ensure franchises are positioned to thrive from day one.

As an Implementation Associate at Honor, you will:

  • Communicate and Coordinate: Serve as the Care Pro Onboarding POC; facilitate clear and timely communication with Care Pros regarding their onboarding status and any required actions, resolving issues and questions as needed. Guide Care Pros through onboarding steps.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Compliance: Implement data integrity checks to identify and rectify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Manage Data Transfer and Documentation: Conduct accurate data entry for new Care Pros during onboarding, including Implementation Tracker updates.
  • Monitor Transition Progress: Consistently track Care Pro transition progress using dashboards and key metrics to ensure on-time targets are met.
  • Participate in Meetings: Participate in internal meetings, inclusive of weekly check-ins, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration and flag areas of risk.
  • Be Flexible: Provide additional capacity to support other areas of the Implementation team and other Honor teams as needed between implementations periods and in periods of low volume. Take on additional tasks outside of normal responsibilities to ensure team and company success, reflecting a "Mission First" mentality.
    • In periods of low Implementation volume, participate in trainings and process confirmations for other partner teams at Honor in order to be ready to support as necessary.

Leadership Principles in Action as Implementation Associate:

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, operations, or implementation-related role.
