Responsible for the coordination and execution of administrative functions within the human resources department to ensure that all tasks are appropriately assigned and completed. Under the supervision of the Executive Director, assists in the development, recommendation, and installation of new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and improve department function. Knowledgeable about all PMC policies relating to human resources and answers questions requiring policy interpretation. Uses knowledge of the PMC employee life cycle to improve productivity and ensure quality employee experience. Performs a variety of routine, clerical, receptionist, and record keeping duties with the Human Resources department. Assists with Employee Relations matters and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for personnel files.
