Located in Neenah, WI
Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 /HR
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00/HR
Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Follow and uphold all applicable OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Work collaboratively with production employees, contractors, and other maintenance personnel.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing pumps, 440V 3‑phase electrical systems, motors, drives, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment.
- Identify required parts and materials for maintenance tasks and communicate needs to the Shop Superintendent.
- Read, interpret, and work from standard prints, schematics, and written instructions.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs, including occasional off‑shift or weekend work.
- Complete general maintenance tasks such as housekeeping, painting, and other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Work independently or as part of a team, completing tasks with minimal supervision when required.
- Utilize basic computer applications (Word, Excel) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of mechanical, millwright, or manufacturing‑related maintenance experience or 2 years of relevant technical training (preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
- General knowledge of PLC controls, motor controls, and HVAC systems (preferred but not required).
- Proficient use of hand tools and basic shop equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
