Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Material Handler to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities
- Feed and monitor raw materials for production processes
- Assist with operating and adjusting extrusion equipment as needed
- Perform quality checks and accurately record production data
- Load and unload mandrels
- Handle packaging of finished products and manage waste materials
- Monitor equipment and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions
Physical Requirements
- Standing: Continuous
- Walking: Frequent
- Climbing: Occasional (stairs, up to 50 ft)
- Bending/Twisting/Kneeling: Occasional or rare
- Lifting: Frequently up to 50 lbs.; occasionally 50–100+ lbs.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must pass Background Check
- Must pass 10-Panel Urine Drug Screen
- Must pass Color Vision Test
