Summary
- This position supports the ongoing regulatory/quality/patient safety/risk management processes throughout the organization. Utilizes a combination of customer service capabilities, personal skills in communication, computers, problem solving, and ability to capture details in a fast-paced environment. Accountable for the system management of software and reporting of all QSR reports by ensuring requirements are defined; system maintenance and upgrades completed; integration of new processes; and management of system reports.
- This position works under the supervision of the Director of Regulatory and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
Duties
- Manage modifications to Risk/Safety system and downloads reports related to the reporting system. Handles system requests including investigation and resolution of problems. Maintain training guides and reference materials. Create, develop, and deliver training for knowledge transfer to appropriate leadership.
- Complete accurate, timely data entry into assigned databases and develop/produce reports from assigned databases.
- Acts as administrator of assigned databases, managing security roles, troubleshooting, etc.
- Validate and monitor integrity of databases assigned to manage.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Business courses with emphasis on computer use and data management.
- Three years experience of clerical and computer experience, preferably in a health care or legal environment.
