Join our Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team as an FP&A Lead Insurance Analyst within AXA UK's Commercial Insurance division, where you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the Financial Lines, SME, Direct, and Delegated Authority areas. In this dynamic role, you’ll deliver valuable financial insights, evaluate performance metrics, identify key trends, and ensure that financial reports are accurate and delivered on time. We’re seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills, a solid solid FP&A background, insurance financials (preferred), with the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance Business Partners and various business stakeholders. If you’re passionate about driving financial performance and providing strategic insights, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to AXA’s continued success in the commercial insurance sector.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
