Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-based use cases across ROSEN’s operational value chain
• Translate business requirements into technical concepts, prototypes, and working applications
• Build chat agents, copilots, and workflow automations that support operational teams
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and automation tools like Power Automate to create scalable AI solutions
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into existing systems and processes
• Ensure responsible AI usage, data quality, and compliance with internalsecurity standards
• Continuously research and evaluate new GenAI technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts from operations, IT, and business units document solutions and support knowledge transfer across teams

What you will bring

• Academic degree in the field of information technology, computer science or comparable
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in in NodeJS, React, and TypeScript
• 3 years of professional experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Proven, hands-on development experience with modern GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio (Chat Agents, Orchestrators), Power Automate & Power Platform, Azure AI and Azure OpenAI Services, or tools like Cursor, Lovable (AI IDEs) or similar AI-assisted development environments.
• Experience designing and implementing AI use cases, copilots, or workflow automation with the ability to build prototypes quickly and evolve them into stable applications
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and model orchestration
• Familiarity with APIs, REST interfaces, and integration patterns
• Strong sense of ownership with end-to-end responsibility for bringing ideas to life
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on builder attitude
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies
• Strong and proactive communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Team spirit and openness to work in an international team across different countries, time zones, and cultures
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
