Step into a key role where you’ll empower customers and partners across EMEA to get the very best from our market‑leading Security Products. You’ll deliver engaging technical training—both onsite and remote—and continuously enhance our training materials, labs, and documentation. You’ll also take the lead on professional services activities, from commissioning and upgrades to migrations and system optimisation. Acting as a trusted technical expert, you’ll guide customers through complex deployments, support escalations, and deliver valuable knowledge‑transfer sessions. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Technical Support, you’ll help drive product adoption and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Travel across EMEA (with occasional trips beyond) adds variety and scope to this exciting role.

Through clear communication and a strong customer‑focused mindset, you’ll translate complex topics into meaningful, practical guidance.
