Preparing responses to customers’ certification and representations requests
Reviewing customer-generated Purchase Orders and assist in obtaining appropriate internal signatures or sign off
Assisting with countersignature process and electronic filing of contracts and other legal documents Participating in Legal Department’s bi-monthly meetings and weekly Contracts Group meeting
Distributing contract assignments to attorneys and Contracts Specialists in Legal Department
Reviewing and/or assisting with the preparation of customer-facing contract documents
Researching and coordinating customer name change requests
Reviewing and fulfilling customers’ Certificates of Insurance requests

Qualifications
3+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant, preferably with experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Result-focused; able to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented global environment
Strong interpersonal management skills to foster teamwork and maintain effective working relationships with internal clients and external customers
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision. Self-starter and independent/strategic thinker.
A 2-year or 4-year college degree.
Work experience with a global technology company
Familiarity and comfort with technology licensing agreements and legal issues
