Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Senior Technical Engineering Manager – .NET, Angular, AWS, Platform Engineering & AI Enablement

We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineering Manager to lead highperforming engineering teams delivering scalable, secure, and modern applications and platform capabilities. This role blends strong handson technical leadership across .NET, Angular, AWS, and platform engineering with strategic ownership of AI adoption and implementation across engineering workflows and product capabilities. You will drive engineering excellence, operational rigor, and measurable team productivity while championing responsible AI integration and fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Lead endtoend delivery of complex applications and platform components leveraging .NET, Angular, AWS, and modern architectural patterns.
• Guide teams through system design, scalability considerations, reliability engineering, and secure-by-default practices.
• Champion platform engineering to build selfservice capabilities, golden paths, reusable components, and DevEx improvements.

AI Adoption & Implementation Ownership

• Drive the strategy, evaluation, and integration of AI/ML and GenAI technologies to enhance engineering productivity, system intelligence, and user experience.
• Identify use cases for AI in code quality, testing automation, operational efficiency, observability, and platform automation.
• Partner with Product and Architecture teams to embed AI features into applications (e.g., intelligent workflows, predictions, personalization, automation accelerators).
• Define responsible AI guidelines, model evaluation criteria, and operational guardrails.
• Lead the adoption of AIpowered engineering tools (e.g., code assistants, automated quality gates, incident prediction/analysis).

Engineering Excellence & Operations

• Define and enforce engineering standards: coding practices, quality gates, automation, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and observability tooling.
• Drive operational maturity with strong observability, SLOs/SLIs, incident lifecycle management, and infrastructure scalability.
• Ensure secure SDLC practices, cloud security baselines, and cost optimization across AWS services.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and track engineering efficiency metrics such as DORA metrics, cycle time, deployment frequency, MTTR, defect rates, AIassisted productivity metrics, etc.
• Use datadriven insights to identify constraints, prioritize improvements, and optimize engineering throughput.

Stakeholder & CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Data, and Platform groups to align on roadmaps, sequencing, and technical strategies.
• Translate business initiatives into actionable engineering milestones and delivery plans.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Strong of software engineering experience with deep expertise in .NET, Angular, AWS, and cloudnative architecture.
• Good experience of engineering manager or technical lead roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cloudnative, secure, and highly available systems.
• Experience implementing or leading AI-driven engineering practices or embedding AI into products/platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with SRE practices, chaos engineering, resiliency testing.
• Knowledge of DDD, clean architecture, event-driven architectures, CQRS.
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud solutions.
• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or AI/ML technologies.
• Understanding of GenAI model evaluation, prompt engineering, and LLM application patterns.
• Strong of software engineering experience with deep expertise in .NET, Angular, AWS, and cloudnative architecture.
• Good experience of engineering manager or technical lead roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cloudnative, secure, and highly available systems.
• Experience implementing or leading AI-driven engineering practices or embedding AI into products/platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
