We are looking for an Aortic Lead Sales Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key clinical and commercial leader responsible for elevating the performance, confidence, and clinical fluency of Field Sales Associates (FSA). This role accelerates portfolio utilization and therapy adoption by converting clinically grounded value drivers and technical device features into practical, high‑impact field solutions, ensuring Field Sales Associates are fully prepared to perform confidently in demanding clinical environments. The Lead Sales Trainer will play a key role in developing new and existing field talent and driving revenue growth by accelerating time‑to‑proficiency, elevating clinical execution, supporting high‑value account conversions, and expanding value within our existing customer base.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
