Night Shift Front End Loader Operator

Location: Greenville, SC 29605

Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift | Monday-Friday 5:45p-6am

Pay: $20 per hour

Our recruiting firm is hiring on behalf of a well-established cinderblock manufacturing facility seeking a dependable, hard-working Night Shift Front End Loader Operator.

This is a very physical, hands-on role. This is NOT a sit-and-drive-only position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating a front end loader to move aggregate materials
• Shoveling aggregate in pit areas
• Cleaning belts, turn heads, and production equipment
• Signing and verifying aggregate delivery tickets
• Supporting plant operations to keep production moving
• Following strict safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Front end loader experience preferred
• Able to handle heavy physical labor throughout shift
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and able to work consistent night shifts
• Manufacturing, construction, or aggregate experience is a plus

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, bending, shoveling, and standing
• Working in a dusty industrial environment
• High level of stamina and endurance required
