Sobre la posición

Actualmente buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a de Ventas SME para sumarse a nuestro equipo comercial en Santiago.

Esta es una posición en terreno, con un fuerte foco en desarrollo de nuevos negocios (hunter 70%), combinado con la gestión y crecimiento de una cartera activa de clientes (farmer 30%).

El rol está enfocado exclusivamente en la venta de equipos/maquinaria (no servicios ni insumos), trabajando con clientes industriales de distintos sectores.

Principales responsabilidades

• Prospectar activamente y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el territorio asignado (Santiago).
• Gestionar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes existentes.
• Realizar visitas frecuentes a clientes (rol 100% en terreno).
• Construir y mantener un pipeline saludable de oportunidades.
• Cumplir con objetivos de ventas y KPIs asociados a visitas, generación de oportunidades y facturación.
• Registrar y gestionar correctamente todas las actividades comerciales en el CRM (Salesforce).
• Trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos internos como Especialistas de Producto y Sales Management.

Requisitos

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas industriales.
• Formación en Ingeniería Comercial / Administración de Empresas, o perfil técnico (Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial, Civil, etc.) con fuerte orientación comercial.
• Perfil claramente hunter, cómodo con prospección activa, llamadas en frío y apertura de mercado.
• Alta disciplina comercial y orientación a procesos.
• Experiencia utilizando herramientas de CRM (Salesforce es un plus).
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en un entorno dinámico y orientado a resultados.

About the role

We are currently looking for an Ejecutivo/a de Ventas SME to join our Sales team in Santiago. This is a field-based role with a strong focus on new business development (hunter 70%) while also managing and growing an existing customer base (farmer 30%).

You will be responsible for the sale of equipment/maquinaria (not services or consumables), working closely with customers across multiple industrial segments.

In this role, you will:

• Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory (Santiago).
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
• Conduct frequent customer visits (field-based role).
• Build and manage a healthy sales funnel through disciplined opportunity generation.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to visits, pipeline creation, and revenue.
• Accurately manage all activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product Specialists and Sales Management.

The requirements of the job include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Background in Business / Commercial Engineering or a technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, etc.) with strong commercial orientation.
• Proven hunter mindset, comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and door-opening.
• Strong discipline in sales processes and CRM usage.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
