State Fund’s Information Technology, Policy Admin & Billing Unit has an immediate opening for a Senior.NET CMS Developer to join its Web development team, to design, develop, and maintain our company websites and integrations to best align technology solutions with business strategies.

Essential Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Develop, configure, and extend Optimizely CMS functionalities for enterprise content management and delivery solutions
  • Integrate Optimizely with third-party services, APIs, authentication providers, and analytics platforms
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for Optimizely sites and applications.
  • Extensive decision-making authority and directs the most critical/complex projects
  • Conduct business area analysis and systems design for software applications
  • Possess practical technical knowledge which include emerging “cutting-edge” technology
  • Lead efforts in identifying, evaluating and planning for future departmental needs and recommend emerging technology tools, practices and techniques
  • Partner with executive leadership and their key stakeholders to provide tactical and strategic direction for current and future business needs
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to all levels of IT application development staff
