We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Divisional accounting specialist, based in Juarez, Chihuahua in which you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an international and growing environment.

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a proactive Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our financial integrity by managing month-end processes and ensuring strict compliance with global standards.

Primary Objectives

• Month-End Excellence: Ensure all month-end close activities for the assigned division are completed accurately and on time
• Compliance Leadership: Manage and follow up on requirements for SOX and E&Y audits to ensure seamless reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Review monthly reconciliations and journal entries for intercompany accounts, prepaids, and distribution
• Collaborate with Plant Purchasing Departments to track and manage new lease agreements
• Prepare and deliver timely monthly freight analysis for each entity

To be successful in this role you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 2+ years working experience as an accounting analyst/specialist within an accounting firm
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and strong financial information analysis skills
• Analytical thinker, team player, effective communicator, and result-oriented
• Intermediate English command (B1-B2)
