We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Electrical Control Panel Assembler to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble electrical and mechanical parts to build control panels. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills in manufacturing.
What You Will Do
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components following instructions and drawings
- Complete work accurately and on time to meet production goals
- Use basic hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns
- Read work orders, job files, and part drawings
- Check your own work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety rules on the shop floor
- Help with other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience working as an assembler in a manufacturing or production setting
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical assembly
Helpful Skills
- Experience working on an assembly line or with small parts
- Basic electrical knowledge, including wiring and components
- Comfortable using power tools and following written instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Works well with others and supports team leads and supervisors
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
