Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Campus Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will assist campus administration in maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the campus and surrounding areas are free of trash and debris, performing regular inspections and reporting needed repairs, changing light bulbs, and coordinating routine maintenance.
- You will respond to maintenance calls and requests from campus administration and may be required to clean and organize classrooms, offices, and restrooms per an established schedule.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with the public.
- Experience working as a janitor or custodian, preferably in a school environment.
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications.

- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Hiring range: $17.84 - $21.40 hourly
