Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Java & React Developer to develop, optimize, and maintain scalable web applications across enterprise environments. This role involves designing backend services using Java (Spring Boot / J2EE) and crafting responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces with React. By collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams, you will deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational standards for performance, security, and maintainability, supporting digital transformation and operational excellence.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Extensive experience with Java (latest stable version, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate) (5+ years)
• Proficiency in React (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Familiarity with version control tools: Git or equivalent
• Knowledge of build tools: Maven or Gradle
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Use of UI component libraries: Angular Material, PrimeNG (optional but advantageous)
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (preferred)

Overall Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST APIs and backend services utilizing Java (Spring Boot) to support enterprise applications
• Build responsive, dynamic front-end interfaces with React and TypeScript for seamless user experiences
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to identify requirements and deliver features
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the entire stack
• Conduct code reviews and optimize application code for maintainability and security
• Support deployment automation and integrate CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Maintain documentation of system architecture, API specifications, and system configurations
• Stay updated on new frameworks, tools, and best practices to improve development efficiency

• Proven record of designing and deploying scalable, secure solutions supporting complex workflows
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams driving continuous delivery
• Familiarity with cloud deployment, container orchestration, and automation tools (preferred)
• Industry experience in finance, banking, or regulated sectors is a plus

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend microservices and REST APIs supporting enterprise processes
• Build responsive front-end applications with React and TypeScript
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and security assessments
• Support deployment, environment setup, and automation tasks
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
• Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders for seamless integration and delivery
• Ensure documentation of architecture, APIs, and deployment procedures
• Stay current with evolving frameworks, cloud solutions, and UI/UX practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack Java and React application development in enterprise settings
• Relevant certifications in Java, cloud, or full-stack frameworks (preferred)
• Proven ability to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions
