About the Role

We are seeking a high-accountability General Manager / Operator to lead our Donatos Pizza location in Flower Mound.

This is not a shift manager role.

This position has full P&L responsibility, including labor control, food cost management, team development, and sales growth. The right candidate will think and operate like an owner while executing within a disciplined franchise system.

If you know your labor percentage without looking it up, understand weekly break-even numbers, and have led high-volume QSR teams — we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of store-level P&L
  • Maintain labor and food cost targets
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of 20–35 employees
  • Build and mentor assistant managers
  • Drive sales growth, catering, and community engagement
  • Ensure operational excellence during peak volume
  • Execute franchise standards and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain food safety, compliance, and brand standards
  • Deliver consistent customer satisfaction and online reputation management

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years in a General Manager or multi-unit leadership role
  • Demonstrated full P&L responsibility
  • Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual ($20K+ weekly sales)
  • Proven ability to manage labor and food cost percentages
  • Team leadership of 15+ employees
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and disciplining staff

Strongly Preferred:

  • Franchise system experience (Domino’s, Papa John’s, Wingstop, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, etc.)
  • Turnaround or growth experience
  • Local store marketing or catering development experience
