About the Role
We are seeking a high-accountability General Manager / Operator to lead our Donatos Pizza location in Flower Mound.
This is not a shift manager role.
This position has full P&L responsibility, including labor control, food cost management, team development, and sales growth. The right candidate will think and operate like an owner while executing within a disciplined franchise system.
If you know your labor percentage without looking it up, understand weekly break-even numbers, and have led high-volume QSR teams — we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of store-level P&L
- Maintain labor and food cost targets
- Hire, train, and develop a team of 20–35 employees
- Build and mentor assistant managers
- Drive sales growth, catering, and community engagement
- Ensure operational excellence during peak volume
- Execute franchise standards and marketing initiatives
- Maintain food safety, compliance, and brand standards
- Deliver consistent customer satisfaction and online reputation management
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience:
- 3+ years in a General Manager or multi-unit leadership role
- Demonstrated full P&L responsibility
- Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual ($20K+ weekly sales)
- Proven ability to manage labor and food cost percentages
- Team leadership of 15+ employees
- Experience hiring, coaching, and disciplining staff
Strongly Preferred:
- Franchise system experience (Domino’s, Papa John’s, Wingstop, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, etc.)
- Turnaround or growth experience
- Local store marketing or catering development experience
