Who You Are

Slalom Denver is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager skilled in the product space to join our growing Delivery Leadership capability team. In joining our team of product specialists, you'll waste no time applying your proven skills and experience to help client teams design, build and deliver amazing products. Typical engagements include working with client product teams in best practices across the product delivery lifecycle from strategy, design, feature definition, backlog management, development, testing, release planning and change management.

What You’ll Do

  • Support intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new business demands
  • Partner to update the client’s IT Product Roadmap and create initiatives
  • Facilitate formation of joint business and IT initiative teams
  • Facilitate capability assessment and refinement sessions with client’s business to document the purpose, business value, and high-level scope of the client initiatives
  • Work with client’s business and IT teams to define features for the initiatives
  • Partner with client Product Managers and stakeholders to review, categorize, refine, and process business features to prepare the features for IT execution
  • Discover, define, and document business use cases and process flows
  • Facilitate architecture and solution design sessions
  • Create and document the solution approach for identified business capabilities
  • Evolve and modify the solution approach for business capabilities as projects mature during the development lifecycle, as needed
  • Support delivery teams through development and testing lifecycles
  • Identify, document, and help resolve initiative issues, risks, and dependencies
  • Design and document processes used by the client’s organization that help to streamline work activities such as the feature intake, agile workflow, and reporting processes
  • Lead the work activities for project managers supporting technical initiatives
  • Provide coaching for client teams that are utilizing the agile work processes
  • Support progress of initiative, feature, and user stories by helping to address blockers
  • Create executive-level initiative status reports
  • Leverage AI tools to help create artifacts within the SDLC process

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience using AI tools within the Google environment
  • Strong ability to work as a team

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $52 to $62/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
