Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor Magnum equipment for production runs.
  • Review job tickets and verify specifications before starting production.
  • Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production and downtime records.
  • Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior experience operating printing or production equipment preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
  • Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

  • Production facility environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and printing materials.
  • Overnight shift hours: 10:00 or 11:00 PM start; 6:00 or 7:00 AM end.
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs.
