Avanade Advisory is growing its Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability to meet increasing demand for hands-on change leaders who can operate credibly at with senior stakeholders and roll up their sleeves to deliver. This role is for an experienced OCM practitioner who has personally led large-scale change programs end to end, led high-performing change teams, and helped shape winning change solutions for complex digital and business transformations.

Key Responsibilities

As an OCM Manager in Advisory, you will operate as a trusted advisor, delivery leader, and practice contributor, owning change outcomes end to end.

  • Lead and deliver complex change – Independently own large-scale, OCM programs, designing and executing pragmatic change strategies that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Advise and influence senior stakeholders – Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, confidently facilitating and challenging at senior levels to shape decisions and outcomes.
  • Translate strategy into delivery – Move seamlessly between strategy and execution, personally driving critical change deliverables where required.
  • Lead and grow teams – Lead, mentor and quality-assure OCM consultants, building high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Contribute commercially – Shape OCM solutioning for pursuits and proposals, supporting business development and client origination.
  • Uplift the OCM craft – Strengthen Avanade’s OCM capability through methodology, assets, coaching and role modelling high-quality delivery
