Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conversation Engineer to join our innovative team, focusing on creating personalized and engaging dialogue systems. The ideal candidate will excel in designing, developing, and optimizing conversational interfaces using Dialogflow CX, with a strong emphasis on integrating user and customer context with Generative AI features to enhance the virtual assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of conversation flows for advanced chatbots and virtual assistants using Dialogflow CX, ensuring a personalized user experience.
• Integrate user and customer context, along with Generative AI features, to create dynamic and relevant interaction experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, and product managers, to elevate our conversational AI capabilities.
• Analyze and enhance existing conversation models based on user feedback and performance data.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to ensure system effectiveness and reliability.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Significant experience with conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow CX strongly preferred)
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or JavaScript.
• Proven ability to utilize user data, customer context, and Generative AI to create personalized conversational experiences.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in natural language processing frameworks and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
