We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR Department team in Tashkent
Designing, coordinating, and executing learning programs in line with the company’s strategic capability needs while ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
Delivering trainings (onboarding, soft skills, functional & leadership development) in alignment with learning standards and guidelines while partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders.
Managing learning operations by administering the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking completions, organizing sessions, and ensuring accurate data flow across related HR systems.
Creating and updating training materials and learning content in accordance with adult‑learning principles and company procedures.
Identifying areas for improvement in learning processes and contributing to digitalization and optimization initiatives.
Following up on learning activities by monitoring attendance, feedback, and evaluation results to ensure accurate tracking and minimize learning gaps.
Success Factors and SAP Experience will be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or another related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR.
Experience with LMS platforms; knowledge of content tools (PowerPoint, e‑learning tools, etc.) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Key requirements include coordination, planning, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian and English.
