We are hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of modern software solutions.
You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, guide technical decisions, and contribute hands-on across backend and frontend components. The ideal candidate enjoys both system design and product-driven engineering, with strong ownership and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a full-stack engineering team delivering features across backend and frontend
- Lead the development and delivery of backend services and APIs using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot
- Architect scalable microservices with a focus on performance, reliability and security
- Design backend services using Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot) and frontends using Angular/React
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and backend/frontend peers to define technical roadmaps
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, quality standards and scalable architecture decisions
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend services/APIs
- Contribute to deployment and DevOps processes on Azure/AWS
- Coach engineers, foster a culture of ownership and support continuous skill development
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot backend development and modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React)
- Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices and event-driven systems
- Ability to design and guide end-to-end solutions, from database to UI
- Experience working with Postgres, MongoDB, or CosmosDB
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows, Agile delivery, CI/CD environments
- Proven experience in a senior or lead role, mentoring engineers and coordinating delivery with stakeholders
- Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud and DevOps pipelines
Nice to have
- Experience guiding UI/UX quality decisions or working closely with design teams to align UI with technical feasibility
- Exposure to DevOps workflows on Azure/AWS, including CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code mindset
- Prior involvement in technical leadership or coaching developers across backend and frontend domains
