Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance during the second shift.
- Load materials into the machine efficiently.
- Ensure products meet specified measurements through regular inspection during the manufacturing process.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
- Handle unforeseen tasks with agility and efficiency.
- Participate in training others on machinery when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a measurement test.
- Successful completion of background and drug tests.
- Steel toe/composite shoes are mandatory.
Desired Qualities:
- Full range of motion.
- Eagerness to grow within the company.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:50pm-9:50pm
Compensation: Starting at $19.80/hr
