JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the project Pass - App Development RFP. The client is a company that designs, manufactures, markets, and services a full line of cars, trucks, and SUVs, as well as providing financial services to customers and dealers.

Responsibilities: As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for providing consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions, and consult on transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs, ensuring that technology and business solutions represent business requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in iOS Development is required.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business and technical teams. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support integration processes and solutions. Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Android Developer.
• Experience Kotlin
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
• Advanced English: B2- C1.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Advanced proficiency in Swift.
• Intermediate proficiency in RESTful APIs.
• Expert proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Intermediate proficiency in UI/UX design principles.
• Master proficiency in version control systems.
