Join our dynamic GenAI and Data Science team as a GenAI Engineer!
You will help design and build internal GenAI applications that support employees, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong development skills and a keen interest in applying generative AI to practical business challenges.
What will you be doing?
- Developing AI-powered applications, using LLMs and cloud services.
- Collaborating with business teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Working with internal platforms and APIs to integrate GenAI capabilities.
- Implementing MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines for GenAI applications.
- Monitoring and optimizing model performance, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.
What we’re looking for?
Must have:
- Min. 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Proven experience in Python development in business environments
- Understanding and practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies
- Experience with modern software engineering practices including CI/CD and Agile delivery
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent command of English (spoken & written).
Nice to have:
- Practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), preferably in the context of generative AI application
- University degree in computer science or related field
