Apprenticeship Programme:
As one of our Bentley apprentices, you will combine practical experience with classroom learning to achieve an Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology degree (Level 6) You will play a significant part in our business as we continue on this exciting journey to deliver extraordinary customer journeys. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:
About the role:
Working as part of the Quality Department, you will focus on Quality Planning to support the development of new products and their seamless introduction into production. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain the skills and experience needed to become a specialist in electrical and electronic engineering, working closely with our global supplier network. You’ll be guided by experienced automotive engineering professionals and benefit from valuable cross‑functional collaboration, helping you build a broad understanding of our business and the wider industry.

About the Department:
The Quality Planning department supports the entire vehicle development process — starting from initial styling, working closely with component suppliers throughout development, and concluding with final sign‑off and the launch of new vehicles into the market.
