Lead and mature the enterprise release management framework by defining release calendars, readiness criteria, governance checkpoints, deployment schedules, and communication standards. Partner with PMO, QA, business teams, DevOps, and offshore partners to ensure predictable, high-quality releases and continuously enhance automation, deployment repeatability, environment stability, and overall application availability.
