Job Description Summary:

The Analyst, Business Development will play a key role in supporting the firm’s growth by focusing on

lead generation and prospective client engagement. This position is responsible for researching new

business opportunities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Dynamics (CRM), and providing

operational and content support to Business Development colleagues. The Analyst will help ensure the

business development team is equipped with the insights, data, and materials needed to effectively

pursue and convert new leads.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Research & Prospect Identification

  • Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, including organizations, decision-makers, and

industry trends.

  • Identify and qualify new leads using a variety of sources (databases, news, industry reports,

referrals, etc.).

  • Prepare detailed profiles and briefing materials on high-potential prospects for the Business

Development team.

2. CRM (Dynamics) Data Management

  • Maintain and update lead and prospect information in Dynamics, ensuring data integrity and

completeness.

  • Track all business development activities, interactions, and outcomes related to new business

pursuits.

  • Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards on lead pipeline, activity metrics, and

conversion rates.

3. Business Development Support

  • Assist Business Development colleagues in the pursuit of new leads by preparing tailored

materials, presentations, and outreach content.

  • Coordinate the dissemination of thought leadership, marketing collateral, and firm updates to

prospective clients.

  • Support the organization and execution of business development campaigns, events, and

webinars targeting new prospects.

4. Content & Communication Support

  • Draft and proofread prospect communications, including introductory emails, follow-ups, and

meeting summaries.

  • Ensure all client-facing materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with firm branding and

messaging.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to leverage content in support of lead

generation efforts.

5. Administrative & Project Support

  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and documentation for prospect meetings and business

development activities.

  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the business

development function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in business development, sales

support, financial services, or consulting preferred).

  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and strong data management

skills.

  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Pay Range Minimum:

Pay Range Maximum:

82800

In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
