We are looking for HR Executive in Tashkent

What We Expect

  • Provide operational support to the HR Business Partner in implementing HR initiatives
  • Assist in recruitment activities: initial screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication
  • Support onboarding processes: coordination, deadline tracking, preparation of onboarding documents
  • Assist in performance evaluation: collecting data, preparing documentation, coordinating with managers
  • Support development of KPIs and job description updates by gathering required information
  • Assist in organizing training programs: participant registration, schedule monitoring, reporting
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives: communications, materials preparation, coordination of meetings
  • Maintain and update HR systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Personnel Administration and Payroll team regarding employee movements
  • Prepare HR reports upon request from the HRBP

Qualifications

  • Education: Higher education (preferably HR, psychology, business administration)
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Skills:

Basic recruitment and candidate screening skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer‑focused approach

Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

Basic knowledge of local labor legislation is an advantage

English level — Pre‑Intermediate or higher
