Overview
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy ML and Gen AI solutions and ensure model governance within the AI Foundry. You will work on building production-ready ML pipelines, optimizing performance, and integrating models into enterprise workflows using Azure AI services.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy ML models for classification, regression, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows using Azure ML and AI Foundry.
- Define and monitor model performance metrics, drift detection, and retraining strategies.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and feature availability.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles, including bias testing and explainability.
- Optimize model performance for cost, latency, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in ML development and deployment.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with scikit-learn and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, AWS Sagemaker and Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of model evaluation, monitoring, and governance best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in CS, AI, or related field.
- Experience with MLflow, feature stores, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and compliance requirements.
