Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Truss Assemblers to join our growing production team in Paradise, PA. This role is essential to the construction of roof and floor trusses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must have prior construction or framing experience and be comfortable using hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble wood trusses according to blueprints and production specifications
- Operate hand and power tools, including hammers, nail guns, and tape measures
- Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements
- Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Required Qualifications
- Construction or framing experience required
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials
- Experience using hammers, nail guns, and measuring tools
- Must provide own hammer and tape measure
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and handle building materials as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts

- Noise levels consistent with a production floor
