Salary: $23 - $27/hour

Express Employment Professionals in Ithaca New York is currently recruiting for several Executive Assistants for multiple locations in the Ithaca area. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the organizations' in a variety of areas to include scheduling appointments, setting up meetings, taking notes at meetings, providing assistance with correspondence and reports, and other administrative areas. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills to include a good working knowledge of Excel and other office programs, a high sense of confidentiality, ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills. Being technically savvy is a great plus. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Full time hours.

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior management, interface with clients, administrative agencies, and other staff personnel
• Coordinate meetings including videoconferences, conferences calls, travel plans, and oversee complex calendars and schedules
• Manage phones for including incoming calls, messaging, transfers, and conference calls for group of management
• Prepare documents using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other software
• Provide strategic administrative support, demonstrating high levels of professionalism
