Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver backend features using Python
- Own end-to-end implementation of features
- Design and build secure, scalable REST APIs
- Optimize performance of distributed systems
- Review code and collaborate with the engineering team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Experience with microservices, Docker, and cloud platforms
- Proficiency with MySQL and SQL
- Experience with REST APIs and message brokers (RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with Linux/*nix environments and Git
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Payroll or Time & Attendance systems
