As a Sr. Technical Program Manager focusing on AI and Agents initiatives, you will be at the forefront of transforming how we leverage artificial intelligence to enhance learning experiences and operational capability across Worldwide Operations. You will bridge technical capabilities with business needs while driving cultural change and adoption across both CLS and the larger Central Programs organization. Working directly with executive level stakeholders and cross-functional teams across geographies, you will define AI strategy, develop implementation roadmaps, and drive execution of innovative solutions that embed AI into the future of Amazon Operations Learning.

A day in the life
Your day-to-day activities will include leading AI strategy sessions, coordinating with technical teams on implementation, analyzing data to identify optimization opportunities, conducting stakeholder meetings to drive adoption, and managing the CLS AI Taskforce portfolio.
You’ll work closely with CLS teams including Learning Science SMEs, Content Developers, Benchmarking, and Product/BI teams, to integrate AI solutions into scalable learning products and operational standards. You will also engage regularly with Executive Leadership within Worldwide Operations, presenting documents and strategies that shape the future of learning at Amazon.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
