We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Supply Chain Strategy & Intelligence team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo Enterprise modules across Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, and Sales.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable solutions using Odoo best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and external systems, including Amazon, Wayfair, and Shopify.
• Work hands-on across both core ERP customisation and system integrations.
• Review code, propose architectural improvements, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes.
• Support key project releases and stabilise issues if regressions occur.
• Contribute to technical documentation, development standards, and testing processes.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, finance, and external technology teams.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP or enterprise application development, with hands-on experience in Odoo Enterprise.
• Strong understanding of the Odoo framework, including module architecture, ORM, views, access control, workflows, automated actions, and UI definitions.
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and Git-based version control.
• Proven experience designing and consuming REST-based APIs for system integrations.
• Solid understanding of core ERP business processes across accounting, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, and sales.
