Salary: $15hr

A local company in Shinnston is now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant to join their team. This position will be Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM. This position is great for someone looking to grow within a company. Compensation starts at $15/hr.

Duties Include, But Not Limited To:

• Greeting customers and assisting with any questions or concerns in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Providing quotes to customers and processing orders.
• Answering phone calls and conversing with clients.
• Keeping assigned areas neat and well stocked.
• Assisting with the shipping and receiving of products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualified Applicants Will Possess:

• High school diploma and prior customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office is required.
• Ability to operate office equipment, such as computers, phones, faxes, and printers.
• Professionalism and a friendly attitude – you will be interacting with a high volume of customers daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Ability to sit, stand, or kneel for the duration of the shift.
