What you'll do:
- Callout assigned driver leads to assist and follow-up in accomplishing their application from start to end
- Upsell and highlight the benefits of joining Lalamove as a partner-driver to ensure that the target is consistently met
- Responsible for validating driver applications to determine approval or rejection based on documented processes.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary to meet targets and/or complete assigned responsibilities
What we seek:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes and guidelines
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using laptops and desktop computers for daily work tasks
- Willing to work on-site (PITX)
- Prior experience in a BPO, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing role is an advantage
