Front Office Coordinator – $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors and applicants, responsible for creating a positive experience and supporting daily office operations. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a temp to hire position.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Review online applications and enter accurate applicant data into the system.
- Assist with applicant flow, schedule interviews, and administer skills evaluations.
- Support recruiting efforts and help match applicants to open roles.
- Perform general office tasks including filing, mailings, payroll support, and maintaining office organization.
- Make appointment-setting and MPC calls as needed and convert employment verification calls into sales or recruiting opportunities.
- Follow Express procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Professional, organized, and reliable.
