As an Assistant F&B Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the department and creating memorable guest experiences.

Your responsibilities will include coaching and developing team members, maintaining exceptional food and beverage standards, and continuously finding ways to exceed guest and corporate expectations. You’ll support responsible business practices, collaborate closely with the finance team to manage budgets and drive revenue, and oversee multiple outlets, kitchens, banquet, and convention operations alongside managers and supervisors.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or a related field
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, including management
  • Fluency in the local language
