Available Shifts: 1:30 pm – 12:15 am (10 hours/4 days a week) (Must be flexible, able to work evenings, holidays and weekends)

Responsibilities

 Assist incoming Airline passengers and the general public by providing high

quality, accurate and impartial information about Airport services, cultural and

recreational resources in San Francisco and ground transportation from the

Airport to other places in the Bay Area in a culturally sensitive and cheerful

manner.

 Distribute ground transportation handouts and other printed informational

materials.

 Distribute tourists' materials, such as tour guidebooks, maps, brochures, etc. to

information booths throughout Airport terminals, maintenance and cleaning of

booths.

 Serve as a translator and/or arrange for translation of information needed by

non-English speaking visitors.

 Make referrals to other organizations that provide social services or other forms

of assistance and provide information about commercial services.

 Serve in an emergency capacity as required by the Airport.

 Document and collect data on the services provided for submission
