This role supports senior leadership by overseeing administrative operations, coordinating priorities, and enabling day-to-day effectiveness across the Commercial organization. The Executive Assistant partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward, ensure seamless communication, and maintain organization in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior commercial leadership, enabling focus on strategic objectives
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, leadership sessions, and company events, including off-site planning and vendor coordination
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional presentations, spreadsheets, and written materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attend recurring leadership meetings and prepare clear, concise summaries and action items for distribution
  • Support reporting and data-related requests by gathering information, organizing inputs, and maintaining documentation
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other communications on behalf of commercial leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, confirming commitments, and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Proactively monitor upcoming deadlines, priorities, and commitments to ensure readiness and alignment
  • Act as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, partners, and vendors, reinforcing a professional and positive brand presence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of four years supporting senior-level or executive leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced setting with shifting demands
  • Solid understanding of administrative best practices and office operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new tools

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
