Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- PMO

A Senior PMO (Project Management Office) professional oversees the governance, execution, and strategic alignment of multiple projects and programs across an organization. They ensure consistency, efficiency, and value delivery through standardized project management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PMO frameworks including methodologies, tools, and templates to support project delivery.
  • Oversee portfolio management, ensuring projects align with strategic goals and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, and timelines across departments or business units.
  • Lead governance and reporting, providing executive-level dashboards and insights to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and prioritization across concurrent initiatives.
  • Drive change management and process optimization, ensuring smooth adoption of PMO practices.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in project and program management, preferably in large, complex environments.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, including KPI tracking and executive presentations.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
