Shift: First Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $19.00 / Hour

Position Overview

The Cutter Operator / Machine Operator is responsible for operating and programming cutting and collating equipment in a production environment. This role involves lifting and handling stacks of paper, loading and unloading materials, and working closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. The ideal candidate has experience with industrial machinery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or print environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program paper cutting machines and related production equipment
• Load and unload materials, including lifting and moving stacks of paper
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure accurate cuts and proper operation
• Operate collator machines, primarily loading and unloading materials
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Work closely with other machine operators and production staff to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
