About the role

Looking for a Talent Acquisition role that’s hands-on, fast-paced, and gives you regional exposure? This 6-month contract is open to both early-career and experienced professionals who are ready to dive into end-to-end recruitment. You’ll support hiring across South East Asia and ANZ (Australia and New Zealand), collaborate with a passionate team, and work with modern recruitment tools, including ATS and AI interview scheduling. Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both volume and salaried roles, working closely with hiring managers throughout the vacancy lifecycle.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support on recruitment decisions and progress updates.
  • Work with wider teams to ensure a smooth and aligned recruitment process from first contact to offer and pre-boarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to provide advice, share talent market insights, and support candidate selection strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting diversity, inclusion, and Kerry’s culture across all recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, manage requisitions, and ensure compliance within the applicant tracking system.
  • Utilise the applicant tracking system (ATS) and AI interview scheduling tools to manage interview arrangements and recruitment workflows efficiently.

Qualifications and skills

  • Diploma or Degree, open to fresh graduates or early-career candidates from any industry, including recruitment agencies, with experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer.
  • Availability to commit to a 6-month contract.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and recruitment tools/ATS is an advantage.
  • Interest or experience in manufacturing, F&B, or FMCG industries is a plus, but not essential.
