Right now, we are looking for DevOps Engineers Architects/SME to join our CloudOps Studio at Globant!

This Studio combines the best cloud technologies, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices along with unique Globant capabilities to facilitate new and more efficient way of doing business.

You will get the chance to:

• You will be the technical force behind AI-driven transformation of enterprise build and release systems. As a Senior Build & Release Developer, you will architect, automate, and optimize complex CI/CD ecosystems across Azure DevOps and GitHub, introducing intelligent orchestration, compliance, and predictive build automation at scale. You’ll mentor engineers and shape WK’s next-generation build intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Lead: Design and lead implementation of intelligent CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise, integrating AI build orchestration and automated decisioning frameworks.
• Migrate & Modernize: Drive ADO→GitHub migration, including Git history, YAML pipelines, release automation, and governance policy setup.
• Automate & Secure: Embed DevSecOps, SBOM generation, and compliance gates into build pipelines.
• Develop AI-Driven Tooling: Create Python/Go/PowerShell tools for pipeline telemetry, artifact management, and anomaly detection.
• Intelligent Orchestration: Build and deploy AI agents that predict build failures, resolve dependency loops, and auto-remediate issues.
• Mentor & Evangelize: Coach developers to leverage AI-powered DevOps practices, establish internal standards, and review build architecture proposals.

What will help you succeed:

• 8-10+ years in software design and architecture.
• 5+ years leading DevOps or CI/CD modernization programs.
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions,MSIX/WIX/MSI/NuGet packaging.
• Proficient in Python or Go, and PowerShell automation scripting.
• Experience integrating AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Azure AI) and AI build orchestrators.
• Strong foundation in Git branching, large-repo optimization, and pipeline performance tuning.
• Familiar with Terraform, Packers, containers, Kubernetes, and hybrid build environments.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Exposure to Bazel, Buck2, and ADO2GH migration tools.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, compliance automation, and SBOM pipelines.
• Experience applying reinforcement learning or generative AI to optimize build flows.
